Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Calls SGM With Agenda to Discuss IPO

Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited has called its SGM on 25th Baisakh, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Hukum Darbar, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
Among other agendas, the SGM will endorse raising the authorized capital to Rs. 5 Arba and issued capital to Rs. 3 Arba. The meeting will then discuss issuing an IPO for the capital requirement.
Furthermore, this meeting will also endorse the necessary formalities/ authority regarding the potential merger/ acquisition between other insurance companies.
