Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank urges shareholders to update Demat account; Cash dividend to be directly distributed through bank account

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) is distributing 9.89% cash dividend directly to bank accounts to its shareholders.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is the RTA of MLBL.

The 18th AGM of the bank held on Kartik 29, 2076 has passed 9.8947% cash dividend from the accumulated profit till FY 2075/76. Therefore, publishing a notice today, the bank in urging all its shareholders to update their demat account and bank account information in the BOID. Similarly, the shareholders who haven't dematerialized the shares yet are requested to open a Demat account and update all necessary information.
