Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) has proposed 17.89% dividend for its shareholders for the FY 2075/76.
In the Board Meeting held on Ashwin 16, 2076, the development bank has decided to propose 17.89% dividend worth Rs 50.89 crore. The dividend has been broken down as follows:
Paid-up capital till Ashad end 2075/76: Rs 2.84 arba
Bonus Shares: 8% worth Rs 22.75 crore
Cash Dividend: 9.89% worth Rs 28.14 crore (Including tax amount)
Total: 17.89% worth Rs 50.89 crore
The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming 18th Annual general meeting of the company. After the adjustment of 8% bonus shares, MLBL's capital will reach Rs 3.06 arba.
MLBL's last trading price on NEPSE is Rs 214 and its dividend yield is Rs 8.35%.
