Mahakali Bikas to auction its promoter right share from today

Mahakali Bikas Bank Limited (MBBL) is auctioning its Promoter right shares to general public from today.
As per a notice published by the development bank today, it will be selling 1, 48,292 units of promoter right share.
The auction starts from today 6th Chaitra and will last till 13th Chaitra. .
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.
Mahakali Bikas Bank had posted a net profit of Rs 1.06 crore, a growth of 54.94% over 68.60 lakh reported in the previous fiscal.
