Machhapuchchhre Capital concludes its 3rd AGM; endorses all fiscal highlights of previous year

Machhapuchchhre Capital has concluded its 3rd AGM on Poush 1, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bishwambhar Neupane on Poush 1, 2079 thereby endorsing financial reports and a range of other decisions including the appointment of the independent board member.

The merchant banker has been providing services of share underwriting, portfolio management, corporate advisory service, and depository participation service, and will soon be expanding its areas of work to other functions, per the media statement.
