Machhapuchchhre Bank revamps its mobile banking service; to equip its MBL M-Smart service as virtual branch
Machhapuchchhre Bank has revamped its mobile banking service MBL M-Smart so as to operationalize it as a virtual branch.
Under the new arrangement, customers can now reset their PIN, open a new bank account, apply for different loan products, check credit card statements, link to different digital wallet services, and so on, as per the media statement.
The bank currently provides its service from its 164 branches, 8 extension counters, 203 ATM outlets, and 165 branchless banking units under its network.
