Lumbini General Insurance announces 14th AGM on 29th Shrawan, 2076; book closure on 15th Shrawan

The 192^nd BOD meeting of Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited (LGIL) has decided that the 14^th AGM of the company will be held on 29^th Shrawan, 2076 (14^th August, 2019) at Amritbhog, Dillibazar from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 74/75 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 75/76. The company will not be distributing any dividend for the shareholders, however, as per the SGM held on 25^th Baisakh, 2076, the company will apply for approval to distribute 20% right shares with SEBON. The current paid up capital is Rs.88 Crore.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on 15^th Shrawan, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 14^th Shrawan, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
