Lumbini Bikas Bank (LBBL) has published a notice today urging its shareholders to pay taxes in order to receive 17.07% bonus shares.
In the 11th Annual General Meeting of LBBL held on Shrawan 28, 2076, the company had approved 17.07% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75.
Vibor Capital is the share registrar of LBBL.
The notice states the following information for tax payment:
