Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited to auction 3,62,436.44 unit promoter shares from Bhadra 06; applications can be placed for minimum 100 units

Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) is selling its unsold right shares via auction from Bhadra 06, 2075. The development bank is selling 3,62,436.44 units promoters shares till Bhadra 22, 2075.

The interested bidders can place bids for minimum 100 units and there is no maximum limit. So the interested bidder can apply for the entire auction. However the units should be in multiple of 10. The minimum bid price has been set as Rs 100, i.e. the bidders need to place their bids above Rs 100.

Vibor Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction of the right shares.

The bank has urged the bidders to deposit their bid amount in A/C no 03100120004102000002 of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited maintained in the name of Vibor capital limited.
