LIC Nepal appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as share registrar

Life Insurance Corporation Nepal has signed agreement with Nepal SBI Merchant Bankin Limited appointing the later as its share registrar on Magh 25, 2074. The agreement was signed amidst an event by the Managing Director of Nepal SBI Merchant Mr. Ramesh Ghimire and Managing Director of LICN Mr. Abhijit Ghosh Dastidar. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking is a fully-owned subsidiary merchant banking wing of Nepal SBI Bank Limited which has been serving as merchant bank since last one year.
