Laxmi Value Fund NAV inches up to Rs 13.61 as on Baisakh end; Highest Investment in NTC

Laxmi Value Fund-1 (LVF1), a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported a Rs 0.15 per unit increase in its Net Asset Value (NAV) in Baisakh end. Its NAV has increased to Rs 13.61 in Baisakh end from Rs 13.46 in the month of Chaitra.
The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 50 crore, has invested Rs. 29.62 crores in the shares of listed companies and Rs 90.06 lakh in public issues. The scheme has invested in 2,93,008 kittas of 40 listed companies.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, Laxmi Value Fund-1 has bought 40,390 units shares, the highest, of Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC). It has set aside Rs 9 crore in fixed deposit account while it has Rs 24.33 crore left as bank balance.
Its net profit has increased to Rs. 12.86 crore in Baisakh from Rs. 12.19 crore as in Chaitra.
