Laxmi Value Fund-1 proposes 25% cash dividend

Laxmi Value fund-1 (LVF-1) has proposed 25 percent cash dividend to its unit holders.
As per the notice published on Nepal Stock Exchange today, the BOD meeting of the company held on Shrawan 11, 2074 has decided to distribute 25 percent cash dividend to its unit holders.
The decision is subjected to approval from concerned authorities.
Last year also, LVF1 had distributed 25% cash dividend from the profit it made in the fiscal year 72/73.
Laxmi Value Fund, a 5 years close-ended mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited. Its NAV surges to Rs. 13.74 in the Jestha end. The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 50 crore, 33.84 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 2.77 crore in public issues.
Its Last Traded Price (LTP) stood at Rs 13.03 at NEPSE on July 25, 2017.
