Laxmi Value Fund-1 profit dwindled by 12.06% as on Kartik end; NAV at Rs 13.37

Laxmi Value Fund-1 (LVF-1), a closed-ended 5 years mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported decline in Net Asset Value (NAV). As per the monthly financial report published by the fund today, its NAV has dropped to Rs 13.37 on Kartik end from Rs 13.69 in the month of Ashwin. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 50 crore, has invested Rs. 38.96 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 71.19 lakhs in public issues. The scheme has invested in 287,749 unit shares in 42 listed companies. LVF-1 net profit depreciated to Rs. 11.73 crore in Kartik end from Rs. 13.35 crore in last month. Its profit plunged by 12.06 percent. Out of its total investment in listed shares, Laxmi Value Fund has bought 30,597 unit shares, the highest share of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL).
