Laxmi Value Fund-1 NAV increases to Rs 13.46 in Chaitra; Investment of Rs 22.94 crore in 35 listed companies

Laxmi Value Fund-1 (LVF1), a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported a Rs 1.91 per unit increase in its Net Asset Value (NAV) in Chaitra 2073 end. Its NAV has increased to Rs 13.46 in Chaitra end from Rs 11.55 in the month of Falgun. Its net profit has increased to Rs. 12.19 crore in Chaitra from only Rs. 2.63 crore in Falgun.
The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 50 crore, has invested Rs 22.94 crores in the shares of listed companies and Rs 1.33 crore in public issues. The scheme has invested in 2,05,385 kittas of 35 listed companies. It had a total investment of Rs 28.52 crore in 44 listed companies as of Falgun 2073 end.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, Laxmi Value Fund-1 has bought 35,700 shares, the highest, of Nepal Doorsanchar Co. Ltd. (NTC). It has set aside Rs 9 crore in fixed deposit account while it has Rs 22.37 crore left as bank balance.
