Laxmi Value Fund-1 distributing 25% cash dividend warrant from today

Laxmi Value Fund-1 (LVF1) is distributing 25% cash dividend to its shareholders from today (Bhadra 11, 2074).
Laxmi Value fund had proposed 25 percent cash dividend and the book closure date of the dividend was set on Shrawan 25.
The cash dividend cheque would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM on Friday, from Laxmi Capital Markets Limited located at New Baneswor, Kathmandu.
Notes:
- Shareholders have to bring copy of Demat account acknowledgement or BOID number along with citizenship certificate.
- Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
- The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
