Laxmi Capital Market opens branch office in Banepa & Nepalgunj

Laxmi Capital Market Limited has opened two branch offices outside Kathmandu Valley. As many brokers have started their RWS branches outside Kathmandu valley, Laxmi Capital Market has opened the branches in Banepa and Nepalgunj to provide easy access to share-related services. Issuing a press statement, Laxmi Capital said that it is the first among all merchant bankers to open branch office outside valley. Laxmi Capital Market is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Laxmi Bank. Laxmi Bank has its first mutual fund scheme Laxmi Value Fund – 1 (LVF1) listed in NEPSE. It has also received approval to float its second mutual fund scheme “Laxmi Equity Fund”. Laxmi Equity Fund will be floating its public issue of 10 crore unit shares worth Rs 1 arba from Baisakh 22, 2074.
