Laxmi Bank welcomes Mr. Raman Nepal as new chairman; Mr. Nepal brings multiple years of experience of leading government agencies

A Board meeting of the Bank held on Bhadra 17, 2077 has appointed Mr. Raman Nepal as the Chairman to the Board of Laxmi Bank Limited. Mr. Nepal represents the promoter shareholder group, Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) in the Board.

Mr. Nepal is a member of Laxmi Bank’s Board since March 2019. Mr. Nepal retired as a Director after serving 30 years with Nepal Rastra Bank and is currently Executive Director at Citizen Investment Trust.

Mr. Nepal’s appointment has also been formalized by taking an oath from the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank- a program held virtually today.
