Last trading day to clinch 22% bonus shares of Citizen Investment Trust; book closure on Bhadra 19

Today is the last trading day to clinch 22% bonus share of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT).For the purpose of the AGM, the company’s shareholders register book will remain closed on Bhadra 19, 2076 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Bhadra 18, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and to receive the dividend.

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) will be convening its 24th AGM on Bhadra 30, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Karki Banquet, Babarmahal at 11:30 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

• Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75
• To provide approval to the proposed 22% bonus shares and 1.16% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.

The total paid up capital of the company after this bonus share will be Rs 134.22 crore. The other agendas of AGM can be viewed in the Notice.
