Last day to secure 27% dividend of Butwal Power Company; Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 7% stock and 20% cash dividend of Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. today (Mangsir 19, 2073) are eligible for the bonus shares. The register of shareholders will be closed from tomorrow (Mangsir 20, 2073) till Poush 8, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. Butwal Power Company has earned net profit of Rs 2.15 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2073/74 as per its unaudited report.
