Last day to secure 25% stock dividend of Standard Chartered Bank; LTP stood Rs 3500

Today is the last day to get hold of 25% bonus share of Standard Chartered Bank Limited (SCB) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Baisakh 16, 2073) is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Baisakh17, 2073 till Jestha 21, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. The paid up capital of SCB stand at Rs 2.24 arba, after 25% stock dividend it will reach Rs 2.8 arba. SCB had earned net profit of Rs.  61.20 crore in second quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73. Its last traded price stood at Rs 3500 as on April 27, 2016.
