Today is the last day to get hold of 21.618% bonus share of Lumbini Finance & Leasing Company Limited (LFLC) for the fiscal year 2071/72.
Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Falgun 30 is entitled to the dividend of the company.
The register of their shareholders will remain close from Chaitra 1 to till Chaitra 12, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
Lumbini Finance has earned net profit of Rs. 1.22 crore in its second quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73.
