Last day to secure 20% & 29.14% bonus share of Womi Microfinance & Malika Bikas Bank respectively

Today is the last day to get hold of 20% bonus share of Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Poush 14 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 16 to till Poush 28, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Womi had floated its IPO of 1, 47,000 unit shares from Ashad 22, 2072 to Ashad 25, 2072. Since the allotment took place through lottery, all allottees were eligible for a minimum of 10 unit shares. The microfinance had earned a net profit of Rs 62.03 lakh in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72. Its net worth per share stands at Rs 116.12 and earnings per share at Rs 26.77. Similarly, last day for the investors to get hold of 29.14 % bonus share pledged by Malika Bikas Bank Limited (MDBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 16 till Poush 30 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). At present has a paid up capital of Rs 24.25crore. After the issuance of 29.14% bonus shares, its paid up capital will rise to Rs 31.31crore.
