Last day to secure Rural Microfinance 26.32% dividend & Laxmi Laghubitta 10% bonus share

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 10% percent bonus share and 16.32% cash dividend pledged by Rural Microfinance Development Center Limited (RMDC) for the fiscal year 2071/72.
Only those shareholders owning shares and transferred to their name till today (Poush 9) will be entitled to the dividend of the company.
The book closure date for the cash dividend has been set on Poush 12. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 12, 2072 till Poush 27, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
RMDC will be convening its 17thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 27, 2072 at 11:00 AM.
Rural Microfinance had earned net profit of Rs 3.76 crore in its first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
Likewise, today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 10% percent bonus pledged by Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha ltd. (LLBS).
Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Poush 09) will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will be close from Poush 10, 2072 till Poush 27, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
Laxmi Laghubitta will be convening its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 27, 2072.
