Last day to grab shares of Global IME Laghubitta to claim 35% bonus shares; Book closure on Kartik 25, 2076

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (GILB) will be convening its seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 09, 2076 (November 25, 2019) at Gateway Himalaya Resort, Besisahar-09, Lamjung from 11 AM onwards.
The major agenda of the AGM includes approval of 35% bonus shares and cash dividend worth Rs 20.34 lakh for tax purposes. The 35% bonus had been proposed before 1:1 right issuance. Therefore after right, the proposed dividend will be 17.5%.
The book closure for the purpose of AGM and dividend has been declared on Kartik 25, 2076. Shareholders maintained on Kartik 24, 2076 will be eligible for dividends and AGM. Therefore, today is the last day to grab shares of GILB for interested individuals/ institutions.
