Last day to grab shares of First Microfinance to be eligible for 17% bonus; Book closure on Ashwin 14, 2076

First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (FMDBL) will be holding its 10th AGM on Ashwin 28, 2076 at Amrapali banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu from 10 AM onwards.
The major agendas of the AGM are:
- Approval of 17% bonus shares worth Rs.11.63 Crore and 0.8947% cash dividend worth Rs.61.23 Lakhs (for tax purpose) out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders of the company.
- Discussion and approval of annual report to be presented by the BOD along with the financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor and fixation of remuneration for the same.
The company's current paid-up capital stands at Rs 68.43 crore, which post the bonus will reach Rs 80.07 crore.
The book closure date has been announced at Ashwin 14, 2076. Therefore. today is the last day to grab FMDBL shares if you want to participate in AGM and be eligible for the bonus shares.
