Last day to clinch 40% stock & 12.7% cash dividend of Chimmek Laghubitta Bikas Bank; Book closure tomorrow

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 40 % stock & 12.7% cash dividend pledged by Chimmek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (CBBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 24 (today) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 25, 2072 till Poush 16, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Chimmek Laghubitta had earned net profit of Rs. 10.54 crore in first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Chhimek Laghubitta  will be convening its 14^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 16, 2072.
