Last day to clinch Womi Microfinance’s 30% right shares ; LTP stood at Rs 1350

Today is last day to apply for 30% right shares of Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI).
Womi Microfinance is issuing 10:3 (30%) 2,33,280 unit right shares for its shareholders at a par value of Rs 100 per unit to its shareholders from Jestha 16 to Ashad 19, 2075 i.e. today.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share issuance.
The paid up capital of the company stands at Rs 7.77 crore which after the adjustment of 10:3 right shares will reach Rs 10.10 crore. WOMI has earned Rs 2.95 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75.
The book closure date for the right share had been set on Jestha 04, 2075. Only those shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till Jestha 3, 2075 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
Its LTP stood at Rs 1350 as on the last trading day.
