Last day to clinch Butwal Power Company 20% cash dividend; Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 20% percent cash dividend pledged by Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares and transferred to their name till today (Mangsir 15) will be entitled to the cash dividend of the company. The book closure date for the cash dividend has been set on Mangsir 16. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 16, 2072 till Poush 5, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM.
