Last day to clinch 50% right shares of Samata Microfinance; LTP stands at Rs 2125

Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) will be issuing 50% right shares for its shareholders from Ashadh 27, 2075. The right issue will last till Shrawan 29, 2075. The book closure date for the right share issuance had been set on Ashadh 12 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of SMATA till Ashadh 11 i.e. today will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
The microfinance company is issuing 1,89,600 unit right shares at a par value of Rs 100.
NIBL Ace Capital has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue.
Company earned net profit to Rs 56.72 Lakh in third quarter of fiscal year 2074/75 . It has paid up capital of Rs 3.79 crore with reserve of Rs 1.59 crore in Q3
The company’s paid up capital will reach Rs 4.74 crore after the right share issue.
The LTP stands at Rs 2125.
