Last day to clinch 50% Right Share of Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance ; Book Closure on Sunday

Today is the last day to get hold of  2:1 (50%) right share of  Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance limited (GMFIL). The book closure date for 50% right issue has been set for Bhadra 19, 2073. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e.  today (Bhadra 16, 2073) is eligible for the right shares. Guheswori Merchant will be issuing a total of 293,739,400 unit right shares at the face value of Rs 100. NIBL Capital Markets Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for right share issue. GMFIL has earned net profit of Rs 7 crore in the fourth quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 29.37 crore. After issuance of 50 percent right share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 44.06 crore. Its last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs 447 as on August 31, 2016
