Last day to clinch 50% & 21.05% dividend of Mirmire Microfinance & Soaltee Hotel respectively

Today is the last day to get hold of 50% bonus share of Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Limited (MMFDB) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shareholders owning shares till today are entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from tomorrow (Mangsir 27, 2073) till Poush 14, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Mirmire Microfinance Company has earned net profit of Rs 31.39 lakh in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 2 crore. After distribution of 50% bonus share its paid up capital will rise to Rs 3 crore. Likewise, today is the last day to get hold of 21.05% dividend of Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Mangsir 26, 2073) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from tomorrow (Mangsir 27, 2073) to till Poush 27, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM), SHL has earned net profit of Rs 3.15 crore in the first quarter of fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 52.65 crore. After issuance of 10 percent bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 57.91 crore.
