Last day to clinch 5% bonus share of ILFCO Microfinance

Today is the last day to clinch 5% bonus share of ILFCO Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (ILFCM) for the FY 2072/73. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Falgun 7 to Falgun 22, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
The microfinance company has earned net profit of Rs 33.70 lakh in the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 10 crore. After distribution of 5% bonus share its paid up capital will reach Rs 10.50 crore.
