Last day to clinch 39% stock dividend of NIC Asia Bank; Book Closure on Sunday

Today is the last day to get hold of 39% bonus share of NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Poush 23 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Poush 26, 2072 till Magh 10 for the purpose of its AGM. Currently NICA has a paid up capital of Rs 2.65 arba. After the issuance of 39 % bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 3.69 arba. NIC Asia Bank had earned net profit of Rs 15.73 crore in its first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
