Last day to clinch 33.33% & 13.50% bonus share of Sunrise Bank & Pokhara Finance respectively

Today is the last day to get hold of 33.33 percent bonus share of Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL). Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Ashwin 1, 2073) are entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Ashwin 17, 2073 till Kartik 7, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. Sunrise Bank will be endorsing 33.33% bonus and 30% right share in its 9^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is going to be held on Kartik 7, 2073. SRBL had earned net profit of Rs 95.17 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 3.97 arba and after the issuance of 3:1 bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 5.30 arba. Similarly, Last day to get hold of 13.50 percent bonus share of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) Only those shareholders owning shares till today are entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Ashwin 18, 2073 till Kartik 9, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. Pokhara Finance will be endorsing 13.50 bonus and 15% right share in its 20^th AGM which is going to be held on Kartik 9, 2073.  The AGM will also be endorsing 9, 83,682 units FPO shares at premium price after bonu share is issued. Pokhara Finance had earned net profit of Rs 8.7 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 49.11 crore and after the issuance of 13.50% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 55.73 crore.
