Last day to clinch 31.05% dividend & 50% right shares of Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank; Book Closure on Falgun 30

Today is the last day to secure 20% bonus, 11.05% cash dividend and 50% right shares of Nerude Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (NLBBL). The register of their shareholders will close on Falgun 30, 2073 and today is the last trading day to get hold of the dividend and right shares. NLBBL will be endorsing 20% stock and 11.05% cash dividend (including for tax purpose) from its 10^th AGM going to be held on Chaitra 31, 2073. It is also issuing right shares in the ratio 2:1 from Chaitra 14, 2073. Nerude Laghubitta had earned net profit of Rs. 4.65 crore in the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2073/74. The paid up capital of the bank stands at Rs 18 crore. After issuance of bonus and right shares, its paid up capital will reach Rs 30.6 crore.
