Last day to clinch 30% stock & 6.58 cash dividend of EBL; Book Closure tomorrow; AGM on Poush 06

Today is the last day to get hold of 30% bonus share and 6.578% cash dividend (including tax purpose for bonus share) of Everest Bank Limited (EBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Mangsir14 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 15, 2072 till Poush 6, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. The AGM is scheduled on Poush 06. Everest Bank had earned a net profit of Rs 36.37 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
