Last day to clinch 25.93% right share of Excel Dev. Bank; Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 4:1.03 (25.93%) right share of Excel Development Bank Limited (EDBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. The book closure date for 4:1.03 right issues has been set for Poush 28. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. today (Poush 27) will be eligible for the right shares. Excel Development Bank 9^thAGM held on Poush 26, 2071 had approved 4:1.0370(25.93%) right shares to their shareholders. Excel had earned net profit of Rs 1.73 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73. Ace Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager. Its last traded price stood at Rs 724 as on January 7, 2015. ICRA Nepal has assigned an “[ICRANP] IPO Grade 4+”, indicating below-average fundamentals to the proposed rights issue.
