Last day to clinch 20% & 8% bonus share of Kabeli & Karnali Dev. Bank respectively

Today is the last day to get hold 20% bonus share of Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited (KEBL) for the fiscal year 2072/73. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Baisakh 13 to Baisakh 27, 2073 for the purpose of this AGM. Only those shares traded one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. until today are eligible for the bonus shares and for participation in the AGM. Kabeli Bikas Bank will be convening its 9^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 27, 2074. The AGM will be endorsing 20% bonus share and 50% right share to  its shareholders. KEBL’s paid up capital after its 20% bonus issue will reach at Rs 11.46 crore. After the issuance of 50% right, its paid up capital will reach Rs 17.19 crore. Likewise, today is the last day to get hold of 8% bonus share of Karnali Development Bank Limited for the fiscal year 2072/73. The book closure date for 8% bonus has been set for Baisakh 13, 2074. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. today  is eligible for the bonus shares. Karnali Development Bank will be convening its 13^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Jestha 6, 2074. The same meeting will be endorsing 8% bonus share to  its shareholders. KRBL has earned Rs 36.73 lakh in the second quarter of the FY 2073/74
