Last day to clinch 19.23% right share of Siddhartha Insurance; Book Closure on Sunday

Today is the last day to secure 19.23% right shares of Siddhartha Insurance Company Limited (SIL).
The register of their shareholders will close on Baisakh 17, 2074 for one day for the purpose of issuing the right shares. Only those shareholders holding shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. until today are eligible to apply for the right shares.
SIL will be issuing a total of 862,125 units right shares, each to be floated to its existing shareholders at par value of Rs 100 per share. Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right share issue of SIL.
The last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs.1921 as on April 26, 2017.
