Last day to clinch 150% right share of Sahara Bikas Bank; Book closure on Sunday

Today is the last day to get hold of 1:1.5 (150%) right share of Sahara Bikas Bank Limited (SHBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72.
The book closure date for the right share has been set on Poush 5, 2072 (Sunday).
Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Poush 2) will be entitled to the right share of the company.
Sahara Bikas Bank is holding its Special General Meeting on Poush 16, 2072.
At present SHBL has a paid up capital of Rs 2 crore. After the issuance of 150% right shares, its paid up capital will rise to Rs 5 crore.
