Last day to clinch 14% bonus share of Seti Finance

Today is the last day to get hold of 14% bonus share of Seti Finance Company Limited (SETI) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Chaitra 4, 2072) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Chaitra 5, 2072 till Chaitra 14, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Seti finance had earned net profit of Rs.12.06 lakh  in the second quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs. 5.56  crore. After distributing 14 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs. 6.33 crore.
