168 applicants submits bid for 181,220 units auction shares; Bid opening Friday

United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) had auctioned its 103,425 unit ordinary right shares and 77,795 units promoter right shares to general public from Bhadra 29, 2072. Today is the closing day of the auction shares. The bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Ashwin 8, 2072 (Friday). According to the official of Global IME Capital limited, “Approximately 160 applicants have bid for the 103,425 units ordinary right shares whereas approximately 8 applicants has submitted the application form for the 77,795 units promoter right shares. However, final number of applicants can change as one applicant can apply for many applications in same envelope. The insurance company is auctioning its ordinary right share and of promoter right shares as the rights shares issued on Baisakh 13, 2072 were not fully subscribed by the investors. Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Rastriya NachGhar, Jamal, Kathmandu. The Last traded price of United Insurance stood at Rs 414 on September 17.
