Last day to bid for Premier Insurance auction share; 1,61,333 units ordinary share for the public

Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) had opened submission of sealed bids of 1,61,333 units ordinary shares to the general public from Ashad 6, 2072. Today is the last day to bid for 1,61,333 units ordinary shares.

The Insurance Company has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 2:00 PM today & bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Ashad 14 (Monday) at the Laxmi Capital Market Limited located at Hattisar, Kathmandu.

Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.

Laxmi Capital Market limited is the issue manager for this auction.

The Last traded price of Premier Insurance stood at Rs 465 on June 25 i.e. yesterday.
