Last day to bid for Garima Bikas 49,873 units auctioned shares

Investors interested to get hold of the shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited auction shares have one more day to file their bids. The bank had called sealed bids on 49,873 units of unclaimed ordinary shares to general public on Baisakh 3.

Garima had opened application for 4:1 right shares in the month of Falgun. Of the total rights issue, 49,873 units remained unsubscribed which the bank decided to auction.

The auction will close by today’s office time and the bids will be opened on Baisakh 10, that is tomorrow. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit.

Ace Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction.

Garima Bikas Bank Limited had posted net profit of Rs 65.27 million in the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.

The last trading price of Garima’s shares as of April 21 stood at Rs 321.
