Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) is closing its auction for 51,758 units of ordinary shares of Deprosc Development Bank Limited (DDBL). The commercial bank has stated the minimum bid amount at Rs 1,200. The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till today (Ashwin 23, 2074) at the Siddhartha Capital Limited located at Naxal, Kathmandu. The applicants can deposit the total bid amount in account number 00115207289 maintained in the name of Siddhartha Capital Limited at Siddhartha Bank Limited. Applicants can also apply through a Good for Payment cheque. Nepal Bank Limited is also auctioning 2.11 lakh units promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust. The last traded price of DDBL stood at Rs 1186 as of September 24, 2074.
