Last day to bid 3.99 lakh unit promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust by Nepal Bank at Rs 3500 & above

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has been inviting sealed bids for 3, 99,940 units promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust Limited (CIT) through an auction. Interested investors have one more day to file their bids for the auctioned promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust. The deadline for submitting sealed bids for the auctioned shares is ending today (Bhadra 5, 2073) and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Bhadra 6, 2073 at 3:15 PM. The minimum bid amount is set at Rs 3,500 and the interested applicants must bid for a minimum of 25,000 units of the share and maximum they can apply for 3, 99,940 units share. Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction. The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Bhadra 5 at the Siddhartha Capital Limited located at Hanumansthan, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The Good for Payement Cheque/ Manager’s Cheue or the original copy of the draft must be attached to the closed bid application and submitted to Siddhartha Capital Limited till Bhadra 5, 2073. The last traded price (LTP) of CIT stand at Rs 4,850 as on August 17, 2016.
