Kumari bank proposes 10% bonus shares for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76

Kumari Bank (KBL) has proposed 10% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2075/76 for it's shareholders. The decision had been made by the Board meeting of Bank held on Bhadra 11, 2076 at 10:30 AM.

The bank's current paid-up capital stands at Rs 8.68 arba. It has proposed a bonus dividend of 10% worth Rs 86.85 crore and cash dividend of 0.526% worth Rs 4.57 crore for tax purposes.

The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Annual General Meeting of the bank.

After the adjustment of 10% bonus share, the total paid up capital of the bank will reach Rs 954.8 crore. In FY 2073/74 and 2074/75 the company had distributed 12.75 % and 8.50 % bonus share respectively to its shareholders.
