Kist Bank Limited special AGM

KATHMANDU:
Kist Bank’s special annual general meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday has given right to board of directors to explore foreign strategic partner for the merger. The special AGM has also got approval for appointing auditor for due diligence audit required to asses the bank’s assets and liabilities.
