Kisan Laghubitta (KLBSL) Proposes 25% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBSL) has proposed a 25% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 77th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 02 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 39,28,08,775.25. The entirety of the dividend has been proposed in bonus shares. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 9,82,02,194.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, KLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 1,726.
