Keshav Prasad Lamsal Appointed as New Director of NIC Asia Bank

From the general shareholder's group of NIC Asia Bank, Mr. Keshav Prasad Lamsal, who has 30 years of experience in the Rastriya Banijya Bank, has been appointed as a director.

The 571st meeting of the bank's board of directors held on Kartik 2 has appointed him to the said position with effect from today.

The newly appointed director, Mr. Keshav Prasad Lamsal, has also taken the bank's chairman of the board of directors' oath of office and confidentiality. He held leadership positions in several Rastriya Banijya Bank departments while serving as deputy chief executive officer. He completed his master's degree in economics and business administration.

Mr. Lamsal has been appointed in place of Mr. Nikunj Agarwal for remainder of the period Mr Agarwal was due to hold the office of director.
